Shipping & Delivery:

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to all locations in the UK and Europe.


What courier services do we use and what are the associated costs?

For domestic deliveries, we trust RoyalMail Tracked 48 to get your packages to you securely and on time.

When it comes to international orders, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your chosen items and their destination. You can easily find out the shipping rate on our dedicated shipping page.

Keep in mind, the weight of your items may affect the overall cost, so don't forget to check out the details at the checkout section. Happy shopping and smooth sailing with your deliveries!


Can I pick up my order?

At the moment, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store. However, stay tuned as we are actively working towards opening a storefront in the near future. In the meantime, we are committed to providing seamless online shopping experiences and reliable delivery services for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!


Orders:

Will I receive email confirmation?

Certainly! After placing your order, you can expect to receive an email confirmation shortly. Please allow approximately 10-15 minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.


How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. To track your order, you can use the "TRACK MY ORDER" option on our website. Simply input your courier tracking number or provide your order and account details.


Can I modify my order?

After you've placed your order, you cannot modify your order (ie. adding new products to the order).

If you've made a mistake on your delivery address, email us at immediately, as once it's shipped, we cannot modify it in any way.


Can I return my order?

We will accept returns. If you would like to make a return, please refer to our return policy here.


Is it possible to request a price adjustment?

Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate price adjustments or price matching for orders placed outside of the sale period.


When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Please note we will refund you in 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned Product(s) at our office.

Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. We reserve the right to withhold amounts for Products which are found to be damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product(s) returned, excluding any delivery charges and a return fee.


Promotion and discount codes note:

If you decide to return an order that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code. This means that if the items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the discount code then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a £10 discount (with a minimum threshold spend of £60 – excluding the delivery charge) will be removed if the returned Product(s) returned brings the total order value below £60.

Please note that returning an order with a free postage discount (which has not been provided as a code) will not affect the refund value.

When do we restock?

We regularly restock products as they become available from our suppliers. If you're waiting for a specific item to be back in stock, the best thing to do is sign up for restock notifications on the product page. This helps us know which items are in high demand and prioritise restocking accordingly.


You do not carry something I am looking for - could I request for a specific product?

We love hearing from you on new products/ brands to carry! Email us at hello@pchy.co.uk so we can try to source it with our suppliers.
